Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a CLV3 dodecapeptide modified CdTe quantum dot. The method comprises the following steps: synthesizing CdTe quantum dots through a one-pot method; synthesizing CLV3 dodecapeptide by using a fluorenylmethyloxycarbonyl solid phase peptide synthetic method; purifying by reverse HPLC; after purification, preparing the CLV3 dodecapeptide with purity greater than 98% and having an amino acid sequence of NH2-RTVPSGPDPLHH-COOH; and attaching the CLV3 dodecapeptide to the surface of the CdTe quantum dot by a zero distance coupling method, so as to obtain the CLV3 dodecapeptide modified CdTe quantum dot. A fluorescence probe prepared from the quantum dot can be used as a ligand signal with active function to mark stem cells in the plant root apex meristem, so as to provide direct evidence from the perspective of molecular cytology for understanding the stem cell dynamic balance maintained signal mechanism.
