The parameter setting method comprises the steps that firstly, initialization parameters are determined; secondly, according to components of the initialization parameters and a nonlinear programme equivalent to a double-layer programming model, an optimal solution of the non-linear programme is worked out; at last, convergence judgment treatment is conducted and the optimal solution is output or the related parameters are increased progressively so as to conduct continuous solving. By means of the parameter setting method, damping frequency band maximization can be realized at low control cost.
