The method comprises the following main operation steps: (1) melting phosphorus: leading yellow phosphorus to a phosphorus melting tank to melt phosphorus, and then enabling the phosphorus to reach a gasification tube through a phosphorus melting outlet; (2) gasifying: opening a phosphorus supply valve, enabling the yellow phosphorus to enter a gasification combustion furnace through the gasification tube, burning the yellow phosphorus, absorbing the heat generated by yellow phosphorus combustion inside the combustion furnace by using the gasification tube arranged inside the combustion furnace, and continuously heating until the yellow phosphorus inside the tube is gasified into phosphorus steam; (3) combustion: spraying the yellow phosphorus inside the tube from a phosphorus spray nozzle to burn in a gasified state.
