The method is applied to a preparation device for preparing the stereostructure, wherein the preparation device comprises a first spraying head, a second spraying head and a feeding part; the feeding part is capable of feeding materials for the first spraying head and the second spraying head; a first nozzle is arranged on the first spraying head; a second nozzle is arranged on the second spraying head; a three-dimensional model of the stereostructure is layered to obtain a plurality of two-dimensional slices. The method comprises the steps of feeding raw materials for the first spraying head and the second spraying head through the feeding part; extruding softened materials out of the first nozzle and the second nozzle so as to prepare one layer of stereostructure due to combination of one two-dimensional slice of the three-dimensional model. By adopting the preparation method of the stereostructure, the preparation time is greatly reduced and the preparation efficiency is significantly improved.
