To the equipment with only one CPU on a hard disk, the one CPU is virtualized into two CPUs by means of hyper threading; to software needing multiple CPUs, the CPUs on the control plane and the dataplan plane are virtualized by means of threading and are distinguished by threading; therefore, integral equipment cost is reduced, requirements for cost of low-end equipment are met, and data forwarding and processing performance of signal-core CPUs is improved.
