Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment and particularly relates to a killing method of red nematodes in a biological aerated filter. The killing method comprises the following steps: adding hydrogen peroxide into the biological aerated filter for being uniformly stirred; and treating water in the biological aerated filter for 10 minutes-20 minutes by using ultrasonic waves with frequency of 80Hz-90Hz and power of 100W. Adding amount of the hydrogen peroxide is 8mg / L-10mg / L. Ultrasonic waves with frequency of 80Hz-90Hz are compounded with the hydrogen peroxide to treat the red nematodes in the biological aerated filter, wherein treatment time is 10 minutes-20 minutes, and death rate of infant red nematodes within 2 hours can reach 80%, the infant red nematodes can be completely killed within 4 hours, and the death rate of the adult red nematodes reaches 100% within 8 hours; the water quality of the treated outlet water of the biological aerated filter is obviously improved. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages which cannot be matched by a chemical method, the hydrogen peroxide is decomposed with time and temperature, so that not only are any chemical substances added into water, but also oxidative degradation ability of a biological film is not extremely damaged; meanwhile, the method is economical and cost-saving.
