Embodiment 1

[0026] Dinuclear cuprous iodide complex [CuI(DPPP)] 2 Preparation of:

[0027] 1) Each weighed 0.3mmol of DPPP, poured it into a Shenlek bottle, added 30ml of dichloromethane, filled with nitrogen, and stirred thoroughly to obtain a clear solution A;

[0028] 2) Weigh 0.3 mmol of CuI with a stoichiometric ratio of 1:1, pour it into solution A, continue to react under a nitrogen atmosphere, and stir in the dark for 6 hours to obtain a colorless slightly turbid solution B;

[0029] 3) Filter solution B, take its filtrate, and remove the solvent by rotary evaporation of the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain a white microcrystalline powder product, which is dried to obtain Cu(I) complex luminescent material [CuI(DPPP)] 2 .

Embodiment 2

[0031] Dinuclear cuprous iodide complex [CuI(DPPP)] 2 Single crystal acquisition and characterization:

[0032]The single crystal was obtained by solvent diffusion method, and 0.1 mmol of [CuI(DPPP)] was weighed 2 Powder, dissolved in 1ml of dichloromethane, placed in a small test tube, slowly added isopropanol (the volume ratio of isopropanol to dichloromethane solution is 1.5:1), and stood for several days to obtain a colorless transparent block shape crystal, select a single crystal with a size of 0.20×0.13×0.12mm for X-ray single crystal diffraction, and analyze [CuI(DPPP)] 2 molecular structure. The molecular structure of the compound is shown in the attached figure 1 , the unit cell packing structure diagram is shown in the appendix figure 2 .

[0033] For dinuclear complexes [CuI(DPPP)] 2 A series of performance tests were carried out on pure phase crystal samples. TG test shows that the material has good thermal stability, and its initial decomposition temperat...

Abstract

The invention discloses a blue-light-emitting double-core cuprous iodide complex luminescent material and a preparation method thereof. The blue-light-emitting complex is obtained by complexing cuprous iodide and ligand, and has a molecular structure of [CuI(DPPP)]2, wherein DPPP in the formula is electrically neutral P ligand-containing 1,5-di(diphenyl phosphine) pentane; two metal ion centers are combined by bridging ligand iodide ions to form a double-core structural molecule. The complex has the advantages that small molecules are easy to extract and high in luminous efficiency and has high thermal stability. The material is obtained by directly mixing and reacting the cuprous iodide and the dichloromethane solution of the ligand, and has the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment, readily available raw materials, low cost and the like. The material can be used as a photoluminescent blue-light-emitting material, and can also be used as a blue-light material for a luminescent layer in an electroluminescent device consisting of a plurality of layers of organic materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, to the fields of photoluminescent materials and electroluminescent materials, in particular to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. Background technique [0002] Distinguished from the principle of luminescence, luminescent materials include two types of application fields: photoluminescence and electroluminescence. Photoluminescence refers to the phenomenon in which an object is irradiated by an external light source, thereby obtaining energy to generate excitation and finally lead to luminescence. Photoluminescent materials can be used in fluorescence analysis, traffic signs, tracking monitoring, fluorescent collectors in solar energy conversion technology, etc. Electroluminescence (EL for short) refers to a phenomenon in which a luminescent material emits light when it is excited by a current and an electric field under the action of an electric field. Materials w...
