Abstract

The invention relates to a gradient field electromagnet for permanent magnet temperature coefficient open circuit measurement. The gradient field electromagnet is used for providing magnetic field strength and magnetic field gradient which meet the requirements of temperature coefficient open circuit measurement in a permanent magnet temperature coefficient magnetic open circuit measurement device. The gradient field electromagnet comprises a bottom plate, an outer sleeve, an upper electrode tip, a lower electrode tip and a coil. The bottom plate is a circular bottom plate. The outer sleeve is fixed to the bottom plate. The upper electrode tip is of a cover structure with a through hole reserved in the center, and the upper electrode tip is fixed to the outer sleeve. The inner wall of the upper electrode tip is a protrusion with the certain radian. The lower electrode tip is a cylinder, wherein the top end of the cylinder is provided with a protrusion with the certain radian. The lower electrode tip is fixed to the bottom plate. The lower electrode tip is sleeved with the coil. Due to the ingenious structural design, excitation consumption outside a working area is greatly reduced, and high magnetic field gradient is obtained through a small number of field ampere-turns in the working area; meanwhile, the magnetic field strength and the magnetic field gradient which meet the requirements of temperature coefficient open circuit measurement can be provided, and the resolution ratio of temperature coefficient open circuit measurement is improved.
