Abstract

A distribution box is arranged on a test bed body and connected with an impact device and a data collection processor; the impact device is placed inside an acoustic shock absorbing cover; and a temperature illumination control component is arranged on the acoustic shock absorbing cover. The working principle is the lever principle; an impacted test block substrate can be nonmetal or metal; and the test block substrate is placed on a seawater-lubricated base plate or an oil-lubricated base plate. The impact conditions are diverse, the plastic deformation and the abrasion condition of a contact concave pit can be directly observed by using a scanning electron microscope, the heavy load impact abrasion tester is applicable to an impact abrasion test under a heavy load work condition; meanwhile, the contact conditions of the impact part are diverse. The heavy load impact abrasion tester has the advantages of good cooling effect, low noise, and high test and measurement accuracy, can be well adapted to an indoor operation, and provides a good experimental study equipment and foundation for research of heavy load impact abrasion.
