The system comprises an automatic fruit monitoring device, a communication device and a server terminal calculating device. Fruit image information is obtained through the automatic fruit monitoring device, an image is transmitted to a server through a transmission device, fruit size and color dynamic change information is obtained through image calculation, and important reference information is provided for production management of fruit trees. According to the automatic monitoring system, the fruit size is calculated through a method with the combination of an external connection maximum rectangular and a reference substance, the actual fruit color is calculated through color deviation comparison between fruit colors and a background plate or the reference substance.
