Abstract

The present invention relates to a ferrite composite wave-absorption material adopting foam aluminum as a substrate. The ferrite composite wave-absorption material comprises, by mass, 5-15% of a foaming agent, 20-50% of ferrite, 25-40% of aluminum powder, and 10-25% of alumina powder. According to the present invention, 1) the problems of expensive price and harsh operation condition of application of TiH2 as the foaming agent can be solved with the foaming agent of the present invention; 2) with the foaming agent of the present invention, the raw material ratio can be changed to adjust the porosity and the pore size distribution of the foam aluminum so as to adjust the wave-absorption performance of the foam aluminum/ferrite composite material; 3) dolomite can be decomposed to produce a lot of gas, and the selected carbon powder and the silicon powder are adopted as the adjustment agent, such that the foaming performance of the foaming agent is adjusted, and the temperature resistance of the foam aluminum is enhanced; and 4) the foam aluminum/ferrite composite material can meet "thin, light, wide and strong" requirements.
