Abstract

The invention provides a novel digital grouting recorder and a grouting monitoring system which are suitable for the technical field of grouting data monitoring. The digital grouting recorder comprises a host, a digital density sensor, a digital pressure sensor, a digital flow sensor and a digital lifting sensor; a display control unit and concentrator modules are arranged inside the host, wherein the concentrator modules are connected with the display control unit; every concentrator module is connected with one of the digital sensors. According to the digital grouting recorder, only digital encryption signals are transmitted in the integral recorder and accordingly the manual intervention through analog signals is avoided and the interference of external signals such as electromagnetic signals and temperature signals can be avoided so as to prevent false grouting data; the digital isolation effect can be achieved through the concentrator modules and accordingly the impact of the transient high voltage in the communication process can be avoided and the damage to the host can be avoided; the compatibility and the extensible capability are strong; the measurement accuracy is high and accordingly the reliability and the accuracy of data are ensured.
