One end of the conveying piece is matched with the discharging end of the vibrating disk for receiving the plastic cement sleeves, and the other end of the conveying piece is matched with the plastic cement sleeve grabbing assembly for fetching the plastic cement sleeves. The plastic cement sleeve grabbing assembly comprises a vacuum suction nozzle, a rotating cylinder and an adjusting cylinder. The vacuum suction nozzle is driven by the rotating cylinder to make rotating motion, the rotating cylinder further drives the vacuum suction nozzle to make straight reciprocating motion through the adjusting cylinder which is fixedly connected to a workbench, and accordingly grabbing and mounting assembly of the plastic cement sleeves can be matched respectively.
