Problems solved by technology

At present, the methods used to detect the internal partial discharge of cable accessories mainly include high-frequency method, ultra-high frequency method and ultrasonic method. Due to the complexity of the field background interference of cables and their accessories, when using a single detection method to detect cable accessories, Misjudgments often occur. In order to solve this problem, it is usually necessary to combine the results of multiple detection instruments for comprehensive analysis in practical applications.

Embodiment

[0039] When a partial discharge occurs in a cable or cable accessory, a high-frequency pulse current will propagate from the partial discharge source along the cable's high-voltage conductor and the cable grounding line, and at the same time, UHF electromagnetic waves and ultrasonic signals will be excited from the partial discharge source. When performing partial discharge detection on the cable under test, install the high-frequency current sensor on the cable body or the grounding wire, and place the UHF sensor and ultrasonic sensor near the cable accessories. When a partial discharge occurs inside the cable under test, the discharge signal is coupled to the sensor and transmitted back to the detection system chassis. After the system chassis pre-conditions the partial discharge signal, samples are processed, and sent to the system portable host through the USB data interface for further analysis and diagnosis. The portable host realizes the processing of the original sampli...

Abstract

The invention discloses an insulation electrified detection device for cable accessories. The insulation electrified detection device comprises sensors, a system case, a portable mainframe and a detection software system. The sensors include two high-frequency current sensors, an ultrahigh-frequency sensor and an ultrasonic sensor; partial discharge signals in the cable accessories are coupled to be sent into the system case; the system case comprises a signal conditioning unit, a data acquiring unit, an integral power supply unit and a switch circuit and is used for completing front-position conditioning, sampling processing and data transmission of the partial discharge signals; the system case and the portable mainframe are connected through a USB (universal serial bus) communication line; the portable mainframe is equipped with the detection software system to process, analyzing and diagnosing the partial discharge data and set up a partial discharge database. By the aid of the insulation electrified detection device for the cable accessories, sensitivity, signal-to-noise ratio and antijamming capability in partial discharge electrified detection of the cable accessories can be improved, and field signals can be automatically processed in real time to give out onsite diagnostic analysis results.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to cable equipment detection, in particular to a cable accessory insulation live detection device. technical background [0002] Power cables are an important part of power systems. Cross-linked polyethylene cables (referred to as XLPE cables) have been widely used because of their good insulation performance, small dielectric loss coefficient, high temperature resistance, small footprint and convenient installation and maintenance. It is applied to the transmission and distribution network of cities and towns. When there are defects inside the XLPE cable insulation, it will lead to the occurrence of partial discharge inside the cable, aggravate the aging of the insulation, and then cause insulation failure, affecting the safe and reliable operation of the cable. Since most XLPE cables are laid underground, it is even more difficult to judge whether the cable is working normally or not. The traditional routine preventive test ha...
