Metering asset information is read from a metering production scheduling platform according to distribution applications of various regions, conditions such as distribution destinations, vehicles and roads are comprehensively analyzed, the optimum distribution scheme for the metering instruments needing to be distributed to a whole province is worked out, and the types of the distribution vehicles, the type and combination of metering instruments carried by each vehicle, the placement sequence of the metering instruments in the distribution vehicles, the driving path and the arrival sequence of the vehicles, the unloading sequence of cascaded instruments and the total distribution cost of transport, carrying and the like are determined. By means of the system, overall-process monitoring of distribution of the metering instruments is achieved. According to the system, ambient data of compartments are recorded through a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a vibration sensor and then sent to a master station, a PDA is adopted to monitor and verify the distribution and unloading process to prevent the situations of loss, false unloading, false delivery and the like, and closed-loop management of the overall distribution process is achieved.
