Abstract

A control device is applied to a vehicle (1) provided with a transmission (10) having an input shaft (11) connected to an internal combustion engine (2) and an output shaft (12) connected to driving wheels (5), and a second clutch (25) capable of switching an MG (3) between an input shaft connection state in which the MG (3) is connected to the input shaft (11) and an output shaft connection state in which the MG (3) is connected to the output shaft (12), in the case where the transmission (10) is shifted when the second clutch (25) is in the output shaft connection state, drives the driving wheels (5) by the MG (3) such that torque transmitted to the driving wheels (5) does not fluctuate, and in the case where the transmission (10) is shifted when the second clutch (25) is in the input shaft connection state, synchronizes the input shaft (11) and the output shaft (12); during the transmission shifting by the MG (3).
