Problems solved by technology

Research on the transfer rate of elements in cigarettes [Journal of Yunnan Agricultural University, 2011, 26 (5): 656-661, 667] reported some heavy metals in cigarette butts and sidestream smoke, but this method is through The total amount of elements involved in burning cigarettes? The content of elements in soot? The content of elements in mainstream smoke is achieved, and the content of heavy metals in cigarette butts has not been determined separately

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting the contents of chromium, nickel, arsenic, selenium, cadmium and lead in a cigarette butt, which is characterized in that a cigarette butt collecting method is specified; a cigarette butt sample is decomposed by using micro-wave; and the contents of chromium, nickel, arsenic, selenium, cadmium and lead in the cigarette butt are detected through the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. According to the invention, the disadvantages of the cigarette butt collecting method in the existing detection technology are overcome; the cigarette butt collecting method is perfect; the cigarette butt sample is decomposed by using micro-wave, therefore, the use amount of acid and the decomposition time are effectively reduced; the method disclosed by the invention is good in decomposing effect, little in element loss and simple to operate; in a mixed acid decomposing system, the cigarette butt sample is thoroughly decomposed; decomposing solution is clear and transparent and free from precipitation; parameters of the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry are adopted; the matrix effect is effectively reduced; and the method disclosed by the invention is high in sensitivity, good in repeatability, high in recovery rate and accurate in result.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention belongs to the technical field of physical and chemical inspection of cigarettes, and mainly relates to the field of determination of trace elements in cigarette butts, specifically a method for collecting and processing cigarette butts and using an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer to measure chromium, nickel, arsenic, Methods for selenium, cadmium and lead. [0003] Background technique [0004] The butt is the unburned part of a cigarette after it is smoked. During cigarette smoking, the cigarette butt has a filtering effect on the mainstream smoke, and a large amount of toxic and harmful substances will remain in the cigarette butt. The toxicity of cigarette butts and the impact and degradation of filters on the environment have also attracted the attention of foreign organizations and institutions. Heavy metal elements such as chromium, nickel, arsenic, selenium, cadmium, and lead are highly regarded harmful su...
