The reverse reaming drilling tool comprises an upper disc and a lower disc, wherein the upper disc and the lower disc are connected through a guide rail and a guide groove; a hook device is arranged on the guide rail and the guide groove; at least two first connecting rods are pivoted on the upper disc; at least two second connecting rods are pivoted on the lower disc; the first connecting rods and the second connecting rods are connected through pin shafts; and hobbing cutters with upward working surfaces are arranged on the first connecting rods.
