The motor suspension is composed of a bottom plate 2, a vertical plate 3, a rib plate 4, a riser plate 7, installation bases 8 and a cover plate 1 through installing and welding, wherein the bottom plate 2 is of a bent structure; the bottom edge of the bottom plate 2 is welded with the vertical plate 3 being provided with the installation bases 8; the rib plate 4 being provided with a circular-arc notch is welded between the bottom plate 2 and the inner side of the vertical plate 3; the cover plate 1 being provided with the riser plate 7 is welded between the vertical plate 3 and the top of the rib plate 4; inwards-retracted positions on two sides of the vertical plate 3 and the bottom plate 2 are respectively welded with a side end plate 5 and a side end plate 6 with the same shape with the rib plate.
