Abstract

The laminated glass intermediate film with shielding capacity and high transparency comprises raw materials in percentage by weight as follows: 93.2%-94.7% of EVA (ethylvinylacetate), 0.5%-2% of an inorganic additive, 2%-3% of an organic additive, 0.8%-1.6% of a peroxide crosslinking agent, 0.2%-0.5% of an assistant crosslinker, 0.2%-0.6% of a phosphite antioxidant, 0.2%-0.5% of an HALS (hindered amine light stabilizer) and 0.2%-0.6% of a coupling agent, wherein the content of vinyl acetate in EVA is 28%-33%. The laminated glass intermediate film has excellent shielding effect, has higher glass bonding strength and has good environmental aging resistance.
