Abstract

The invention relates to a gap-adjustable orifice flow characteristic experimental facility. A fixed orifice, a guiding supporting plate and a shaft sleeve are concentrically placed in a cylindrical sleeve; the guiding supporting plate is arranged on the inner wall of the sleeve, and serves as a movable baffle bracket, the parallelism of a movable baffle and an outlet end surface can be guaranteed when gaps are adjusted, and the guiding supporting plate has a guiding function; a lead screw and spring gap adjusting device drives the movable baffle to move in the front-back direction by means of rotation of an adjusting knob, and an outlet gap of the fixed orifice is changed; and a graduated disc on the adjusting sleeve is matched with scales on the knob, the moving distance of the movable baffle is indicated, and the outlet gap of the fixed orifice is accurately read. The variable orifice can be formed by using the experimental facility, the structure of the fixed orifice in a pneumatic element is simulated, and the flow characteristics of the orifice are tested.
