The interface circuit comprises an earphone plug, wherein the earphone plug is used for being connected with the mobile terminal. The signal line is connected between the earphone plug and the at least two earplugs and the at least two electrodes. The signal line is used for transmitting the electrocardiosignals and earphone signals. By means of the scheme, the electrocardiosignals are acquired through the electrodes arranged in the earplugs, transmitted to the mobile terminal through the signal line of the earphone and can be conveniently and reliably acquired, the electrocardiograph detection accuracy is improved, and the influence of the electrodes on the appearance of the mobile terminal is reduced.
