Abstract

A method for concerted synchronisation of data across a wireless mesh network comprises transmission of a broadcast message to a target device via a predicted route that is capable of being acknowledged by at least one network device not on the predicted route. The data is assimilated from at least one network device, and is capable of addition to a broadcast message. In this way, it is possible to synchronise a plurality of network devices via one outgoing broadcast message and one incoming broadcast message.
