Directional wavelet fusion is performed on a logarithm ratio difference chart and an average ratio difference chart, so that background information is effectively inhibited, change information is strengthened, and accordingly a change area and an unchanged area are accurately described. In addition, due to the fact that an improved SBGFRLS level set model is adopted to perform image segmentation on fused difference images in the method, the accuracy of classification on the change information and non-change information is improved, a change detection result can be accurate, and meanwhile the complexity of change detection time is remarkably reduced.
