Abstract

The integrated device comprises a plating solution tank, a first shaft motor, a first telescopic rod, a second shaft motor, a second telescopic rod, a third shaft motor and an ultrasound transceiver, wherein the first shaft motor is fixed to the top of the plating liquid tank, the first telescopic rod is arranged at the rotating part of the first shaft motor in the rotating shaft direction of the first shaft motor, the second motor shaft is fixed to the telescopic end of the first telescopic rod, the second telescopic rod is arranged at the rotating part of the second shaft motor in the direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft direction of the second shaft motor, the third shaft motor is arranged at the telescopic end of the second telescopic rod, and the ultrasound transceiver is installed on the rotating part of the third shaft motor. With a plating solution as a medium, the support is measured according to reflected waves received by the ultrasound transceiver.
