The high-elasticity and double-layered heat-preservation fabric comprises a surface layer and an inner layer, wherein the surface layer is arranged on the outer surface of the inner layer; a cashmere heat preservation layer is further arranged between the surface layer and the inner layer; the surface layer is formed by blending bamboo charcoal fibers and wood cotton fibers; the inner layer is formed by blending high-elasticity fibers, polyester fibers and acetate fibers; based on weight percent, the high-elasticity fibers account for 20%+/-4% of the inner layer; the polyester fibers account for 50%+/-2% of the inner layer; and the acetate fibers account for 30%+/-4% of the inner layer.
