The instrument comprises a bottom plate and a first luminescent ring, a second luminescent ring, a third luminescent ring, a fourth luminescent ring, a first laser and a second laser, which are fixed on the bottom plate, wherein the diameter of the first luminescent ring is the same as that of the second luminescent ring, and the color of the first luminescent ring is the same as that of the second luminescent ring; the third luminescent ring and the first luminescent ring are concentrically arranged, and the diameter of the third luminescent ring is greater than that of the first luminescent ring; the fourth luminescent ring and the second luminescent ring are concentrically arranged, and the diameter of the fourth luminescent ring is smaller than that of the second luminescent ring; two beams of parallel laser lines which are given out by the first laser and the second laser are respectively tangent to the first luminescent ring and the second luminescent ring.
