Abstract

The invention discloses a reverse flow flotation experimental device, and belongs to the field of mineral flotation. A reverse flow flotation column is used as a core component, and an agitation vat, an air compressor, a feeding pump, a middling circulating pump, a foam flush water pump, a liquid level control pump, a fluid flowmeter and a gas flowmeter are additionally arranged. The agitation vat is connected with the upper middle portion of the reverse flow flotation column through the feeding pump and a pipeline. A middling opening placed in the bottom of the reverse flow flotation column is connected with the upper middle portion of the reverse flow flotation column through the middling circulating pump and a pipeline. A porous ceramic is arranged on the lower portion of a column body of the reverse flow flotation column, and the porous ceramic is connected with the air compressor through a pipeline. The liquid level control pump is connected with the upper middle portion of the reverse flow flotation column through a pipeline and a control valve. Foam flush water is thrown into a foam groove of the reverse flow flotation column by the foam flush water pump through a pipeline and a control valve. The liquid level control pump and the foam flush water pump are connected with a water tank through pipelines. The reverse flow flotation experimental device is simple in structure, easy and convenient to operate, high in degree of automation, capable of improving work efficiency, high in testing precision and low in operating cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of mineral flotation, and relates to an experimental device, in particular to a countercurrent flotation experimental device. Background technique [0002] With the large-scale development of mineral resources, the particle size of selected ore is getting finer and finer. Due to the characteristics of small mass and low collision probability, fine-grained minerals are more difficult to sort and cannot be effectively recovered. In this regard, beneficiation workers have carried out a series of research from the aspects of reagents, flotation equipment and technology. Among them, the countercurrent flotation column has been widely used for its good separation effect on fine minerals. The determination of the performance parameters of industrial flotation columns needs to be carried out in the laboratory to explore the conditions first, and the laboratory flotation column test adopts the method of continuous ...
