Each set of pressure feeding device bodies comprises a first rotating arm and a second rotating arm. One end of each first rotating arm is connected to the rack of the uncoiler in a rotatable mode, and the other end of each first rotating arm is fixedly matched with the corresponding second rotating arm. An included angle is formed between each first rotating arm and the corresponding second rotating arm. A material pressing roller is arranged at the end of each second rotating arm.
