Problems solved by technology

[0004] Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of cluster head traffic caused in the actual deployment process of the above-mentioned WIA-PA network, the purpose of the present invention is to innovatively propose a traffic-adaptive industrial wireless WIA-PA network clustering method. On the premise that there are multiple cluster-head nodes that meet the basic requirements of link quality within the communication range, the system manager designates the cluster-head with the smallest periodic data flow for the equipment to be connected to the network according to the optimization strategy, so as to realize the monitoring of each cluster in the WIA-PA network. The adjustment and control of the head flow distribution solves the problem of over-concentration of nodes under some cluster heads and improves the overall transmission performance of the network

Abstract

The invention provides an adaptive flow industrial wireless WIA-PA network clustering method. The method includes the steps that the data flow of effective cluster heads within the communication range of a field device is counted through a system manager, the cluster heads are screened, the cluster head with the smallest periodical data flow within unit time is acquired and appointed to the field device, and therefore the automatic network entry and clustering process of the field device is achieved; through the improvement in the frame format stipulated by a WIA-PA standard in the network entry process, cluster head information required for operation of a clustering algorithm can be transmitted to the system manager through the field device, and the system manager informs the field device, proxy cluster heads and the appointed cluster head of an algorithm execution result. According to the method, the problem that part of lower cluster head nodes are excessively concentrated in the automatic network entry process is solved, a life cycle of the cluster head nodes in an industrial wireless WIA-PA network is effectively prolonged, and the overall transmission performance of the network is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of industrial wireless network communication, and in particular relates to a flow adaptive industrial wireless WIA-PA network clustering method. Background technique [0002] WIA-PA, one of the three major industrial wireless standards, is a wireless network communication system for industrial process measurement, monitoring and control based on the IEEE 802.15.4 standard. It is a function of the existing industrial wireless communication technology in the direction of industrial field application. Expansion will lead the development of industrial wireless automation systems in the direction of low cost, high reliability and high flexibility. With the development of industrial wireless communication technology, industrial wireless network communication technology is gradually applied to industrial sites, which solves the problems of difficult wiring in industrial sites, high installation costs and difficult ...
