Problems solved by technology

This method is easy to operate in traditional open surgery, but it is difficult to operate in laparoscopic surgery, and the anvil head is easy to slip during the insertion process, which brings great risks and uncertainties to the anastomosis of esophagus and jejunum

Abstract

A totally-laparoscopic circular stapler nail anvil embedding device is characterized by comprising a metal bar (1) and a nail anvil (4), wherein one end of the metal bar (1) is a connecting end (2); the other end of the metal bar (1) is a guiding end (3); the head end of the nail anvil (4) is shaped like a spherical umbrella; the other end of the nail anvil (4) is a center rod (5); the tail end of the center rod (5) is connected with a puncture head (6); and the connecting end (2) of the metal bar (1) is connected with the puncture head (6). After the adoption of a nail anvil embedding method provided by the invention, a circular stapler nail anvil can directly penetrate through the side wall of an esophagus without the need of purse string suture, so that the cutting position of the esophagus is heightened, which can guarantee the resection margin of cancer at the joint of the esophagus and a stomach and improve the effect of radical treatment of cancer. Meanwhile the method avoids the phenomenon that the wall of the esophagus crimps due to purse string tightening, the nail anvil is closer to a nail bin, the nailing is tighter, the probability of incomplete anastomosis is reduced, and thus the probability of laparoscopic esophagus-jejunum anastomotic leakage complications can be reduced remarkably.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and relates to a device for inserting anvil head of tubular stapler under full laparoscope and a manufacturing method. Background technique [0002] Surgical gastrointestinal surgery often requires anastomosis of two hollow organs, such as anastomosis of the esophagus and stomach, and anastomosis of the esophagus and jejunum. The traditional anastomosis technique is anastomosis with sutures, which is reliable in effect, but the operation is cumbersome and the technical requirements are high. A series of digestive tract staplers are designed to solve this problem. Its design principle comes from a stapler, and the kiss (sewing) part of the instrument is equipped with a stapler like a stapler. shaped staples, the thrust acts on The staples are passed through the gastrointestinal wall tissue and then bent into a "B" shape to suture the gastrointestinal tissue together. In 1954, the Soviet Mo...
