The leveling agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4.2 parts of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.4 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid, 2.8 parts of stearyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, 1.7 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone, 2.5 parts of polyoxyethylene stearate and 3.4 parts of a polyester polyether silicone oil segmented copolymer. The leveling agent used for the polyester fibers has excellent migration dyeing, slow dyeing and dispersion performances.
