Example Embodiment

[0044] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that these descriptions are exemplary only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Also, in the following description, descriptions of well-known structures and techniques are omitted to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the concepts of the present invention.

[0045] According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for preparing carbon particles to adsorb copper ions in wastewater via cow dung is provided, which includes the following steps.

[0046] In the first step, the cow dung is sent to a paddle dryer to be dried into semi-dry cow dung with a moisture content of 40%-50%.

[0047] Preferably, the cow dung is sent to a separation screen to separate sundries such as stones, and then ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for adsorbing copper ions in waste water by carbon particle prepared from cow dung. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining fourth carbonization particles from a first step to a fourth step; regulating acidity and alkalinity of copper-containing waste water to 8 in a fifth step, adding 50 g of poly-p-tert-butylphenol disulphide, ferrous sulfide and sodium hydrogen sulfate according to the mass rate of 1:2:4 into 1 litre of copper-containing waste water, stirring for one hour, regulating the acidity and alkalinity of the copper-containing waste water to 6.5, adding 50 g of a mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate and sodium hypochlorite according to the mass rate of 1:4 into 1 litre of copper-containing waste water, stirring for 2 hours and filtering, regulating the acidity and alkalinity of the copper-containing waste water to 4-6, and adding 25 g of the fourth carbonization particles into 1 litre of treated copper-containing waste water to stir for 8 hours at stirring speed of 120 turns/minute.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of purification and treatment of copper-containing wastewater, and in particular relates to a method for absorbing copper ions in wastewater by preparing carbon particles through cow dung. Background technique [0002] With the development of the metallurgical industry and the electronic industry, a large amount of copper powder washing wastewater, electroplating wastewater and alkaline ammonia etching waste liquid in the production process of printed circuit boards have been produced. These copper-containing wastewater have high economic value, but are harmful to people and the environment. There is danger. Relevant studies have shown that, as a beneficial element necessary for life, copper itself is less toxic, but after the human body inhales excessive copper, it will stimulate the digestive system, cause abdominal pain and vomiting, and long-term excess can cause liver cirrhosis. Copper is also highly t...
