Abstract

The ultralow-temperature steel plate comprises the following chemical components by mass percent: 0.06%-0.09% of C, 0.25%-0.40% of Si, 1.60%-1.70% of Mn, not more than 0.010% of P, not more than 0.003% of S, 0.02%-0.03% of Nb, 0.60%-0.70% of Ni, 0.20%-0.40% of Als and the balance of Fe and residual elements. The adopted production method comprises the following steps: converter smelting, LF (ladle furnace) refining, VD (vacuum degasser) vacuum degassing, ingot casting pouring, steel ingot heating, rolling, slow cooling, and thermal treatment. Through a reasonable chemical component design, the cleanliness of steel is ensured by LF and VD processes; the yield strength of the steel is controlled to be 290-365 MPa; the tensile strength is controlled to be 435-545 MPa; the elongation percentage is controlled to be 24%-29%; the V-type impact absorption energy at subzero 70 DEG C is controlled to be 157-318 J; the V-type impact absorption energy at subzero 80 DEG C is controlled to be not smaller than 70 J.
