The method has the advantages that the most frequently used application programs can be arranged at certain positions according to the use habit of the users by the aid of the method for deploying the user interfaces, the users can easily touch the certain positions, accordingly, the application programs can be efficiently started by the users, and the use experience can be improved for the users.
