The device for transmitting the data on the basis of the audio port comprises an audio plug, a microcontroller, a voltage doubling circuit and a shaping and amplifying circuit, wherein the microcontroller is connected with the audio plug; the voltage doubling circuit and the shaping and amplifying circuit are connected between the audio plug and the microcontroller; and the microcontroller is connected with a power circuit, a control button and a transmitting circuit. The device is provided with a detecting resistor which is serially connected with the audio plug, and when the audio plug is plugged in different mobile phones, the mobile phones can be recognized correctly; by the voltage doubling circuit, the different mobile phones can be recognized when forward and reverse connection modes of left sound tracks and right sound tracks are different; the problems that different amplitude values are outputted from audios of the different mobile phones and audio signals of the different mobile phones fade in and fade out can be solved by a time width coding scheme; and a left sound track and a right sound track of a mobile phone can simultaneously transmit audio data, amplitudes are equal to one another, phases are opposite to one another, and the data transmission efficiency is improved.
