AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This technology allows for better integration between different types of devices like sensors or actuators (KNx) without requiring complex programming techniques from both the manufacturer's own equipment supplier and customers. It also enables remote access over internet networks through WiFi connections, making it easier than ever before. Overall, these technical improvements make managing multiple systems more efficient and flexible compared to traditional methods.

Problems solved by technology

Technological Problem: Current approaches like internet of things or mobile phone networks have limitations such as lacking flexible ways to manage household appliances remotely without requiring manual input. Additionally, they often only work on specific scenarios rather than all possible situations simultaneously due to their fixed configurations.

Embodiment Construction

[0028] In order to improve the feasibility and make full use of the support of the industry, this invention is based on the most widely used HBA standard - KNX / EIB protocol, which enhances the summary of user management and device attribute / service management, and uses KR technology and reasoning technology to formulate a Adaptive framework. The KNX / EIB protocol is obtained by comprehensive optimization of three existing protocols, the European Installation Bus (EIB), the European Home System (EHS) and the BatiBus protocol. This protocol is obtained after backward compatibility and improvement of the EIB protocol, so it is named KNX / EIB, and supports the following physical media: twisted pair (TP), power line (PL), radio (RF) and Ethernet, complying with KNXnet / IP protocol. The KNX network uses a hierarchical topology and addressing structure to identify access devices or entire domains. In the proposed deployment scenario, all devices share the same domain address because ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an improved KNX/EIB (Konnex/European Installation Bus) protocol stack-based intelligent home management system. The system comprises standard equipment, intelligent equipment, a KNX router, a central module CU (Control Unit) and a mobile intelligent terminal, wherein the standard equipment is connected with the KNX router through a KNX bus; the KNX router is interconnected with the CU; the CU and the intelligent equipment are accessed to a backbone network; the CU is meanwhile wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal; the standard equipment meets the ISO/IEC 14543-3 standard, and comprises an extra hardware interface for outwardly broadcasting a summary annotation state and function of the equipment and transmitting a summary-based request to the CU to acquire service; the KNX router is used for transmitting mutual transformation of the KNX/EIB frame and an IP (Internet Protocol) frame for caching a message; the CU is used for configuration and monitoring of the network and service/resource discovery and remote control tasks of the standard equipment and the intelligent equipment for providing operation capacity for the standard equipment and the intelligent equipment; the standard equipment, the intelligent equipment, the KNX router, the CU and the intelligent terminal are communicated through the improved KNX/EIB protocol; the protocol comprises a micro summary layer.
