Problems solved by technology

[0005] (1) The vibration amplitude of the testing machine cannot be adjusted or the adjustment is cumbersome, which makes the test more difficult. Even when bolts and nuts of different specifications are tested with the same amplitude, the data measured by the test is not enough to reflect the real working status of the bolts and nuts. The determination of loose performance cannot be used for theoretical basis;
[0006] (2) It is unreasonable to adopt the steel plate connection structure at the joint between the transmission device and the vibration test bench, which is likely to cause damage to the mechanical structure and low performance of the testing machine

Abstract

The invention provides a device for testing anti-loosening property of a threaded fastener. The device comprises a base, a power system, an amplitude regulating system, a transverse vibrating system and a sensing system, wherein the power system, the amplitude regulating system and the transverse vibrating system are fixedly arranged on the base; the power system is a variable frequency motor which is connected to the amplitude regulating system by virtue of a coupling; the amplitude regulating system is mainly used for regulating a vibrating amplitude by virtue of an eccentric wheel; the eccentric wheel can drive the transverse vibrating system to do horizontal motion by virtue of a connecting rod; and the vibrating amplitude of the testing device is monitored by virtue of the sensing system in real time. The testing device disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, convenient in amplitude regulation and precise in testing data, and is capable of truthfully reflecting the change situation of the pre-tightening force of the threaded fastener under the action of a transverse load.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of vibration test devices for fasteners, in particular to a test device for testing the anti-loosening performance of threaded fasteners. Background technique [0002] Fasteners are currently one of the most widely used mechanical connectors, mainly used in various mechanical equipment, such as vehicles, ships, railways, bridges, etc. Fasteners are often subjected to lateral or longitudinal vibration loads when they undertake the connection function. Under the accumulation of such effects, the fasteners will gradually loosen, which will cause the fasteners to lose their connection function. Cause equipment or components to fail or be damaged, and even lead to safety accidents. Fastener lateral vibration testing machine is specially developed for testing the anti-loosening performance of fasteners. By testing the anti-loosening performance of fasteners, we can understand and choose the performance of fastene...
