[0070] In view of the difference in cadmium tolerance of different plants, the present invention establishes a cadmium tolerance evaluation and identification method for chrysanthemum varieties for the first time. In this method, 11 chrysanthemum varieties were used. According to the symptoms of cadmium damage, 3 varieties with strong tolerance, average and poor were screened out, and the plant height, root length, dry weight of plant roots and aboveground parts, chlorophyll and carotenoids were measured by different cadmium treatment concentrations. Content, photochemical efficiency of leaves, relative conductivity, malondialdehyde content and other morphological and physiological and biochemical indicators were measured and evaluated.
