Problems solved by technology

[0004] Due to the lack of types of existing drug susceptibility testing systems, they cannot meet the drug susceptibility tests of Staphylococcus and various types of bacteria. In addition, the concentration gradient of antibiotics in the slats is small, and most of them can only report qualitative sensitivity, moderate sensitivity and Drug resistance results, but cannot accurately report the quantitative MIC value, therefore, it is necessary to continuously study new drug sensitivity panels

Embodiment 2

[0089] Embodiment 2 antioxidant test research

[0090] Common antioxidants include Vc, Ve, cloves, litsea cubeba, marjoram, nutmeg, turmeric, orris root, rosemary, sage root, garlic, shepherd’s milk, lavender, vitex, anise, ginger, clove basil , tea black essence, red pepper extract, sugar alcohol antioxidants and other antioxidants. A large number of natural antioxidants developed in recent years mainly include natural VE, melanoidin, red pepper extract, spice extract and so on.

[0091] Red pepper extract Red pepper contains a large amount of antioxidant substances, which is a mixture of VE and vanillamide. If the spicy taste can be removed, it is an excellent antioxidant.

[0092] The spice extracts with the best antioxidant properties were rosemary and sage. These products mostly contain flavonoids, terpenoids, organic acids and other antioxidant ingredients, which can cut off the automatic oxidation chain of oil, chelate metal ions, and play a synergistic effect with o...

Embodiment 3

Abstract

The invention discloses a staphylococcus drug-sensitive strip. The staphylococcus drug-sensitive strip is prepared by the following steps: (1) preparation of a weak solution of an antibiotic; (2) split charging; (3) preparation of a stock solution; (4) split charging of a liquid material; (5) sample adding and split charging of strips; (6) drying of the strips; and (7) vacuum packaging. According to the invention, the storage life of the drug-sensitive strip is prolonged since the antibiotic and an anti-oxidant are added into the strip; moreover, vacuum packaging is employed, so oxidation of the antibiotic is prevented, the drug-sensitive strip can be preserved at a temperature of 2 to 25 DEG C and is more convenient to store, and energy is saved. The drug-sensitive strip can reduce propagation of drug-resistant bacterial strains and is beneficial for treatment of patients. When the drug-sensitive strip is applied to a statistic analysis system, epidemiological analysis in each region and each hospital in a period of time can be carried out according to different statistical conditions, so prevention, treatment and monitoring effects are exerted on variation of special drug-resistant bacterial strains and diseases; and the drug-sensitive strip has important guiding significance to clinical practice and a great application value.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to biological agents. In particular, it relates to a staphylococcus drug-sensitive slat and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] In the past 20 years, due to the widespread use of a wide variety of antibacterial drugs in clinical practice, drug resistance of bacteria has become more and more common. Some bacteria can be resistant to 2-7 kinds of drugs at the same time. Great difficulties, coupled with the continuous update of clinical diagnosis and treatment methods, although the diagnosis and treatment effects have been improved, but it has also brought more opportunities for cross-infection, which makes the body's immune status tend to be low. What is particularly striking is that the type of infection has undergone great changes and is still changing. In order to adapt to this new change, it has important guiding significance for clinical microbial identification and drug susceptibility testing. ...
