The invention provides a multiple on-line defrosting method and a device of an air conditioning system and an air conditioner, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a four-way valve of the air conditioning system is controlled to convert from a heating mode to a defrosting (refrigeration) mode; an electronic expansion valve corresponding to a started inner unit is controlled to be closed; an electronic expansion valve corresponding to a closed inner unit is controlled to be opened; a refrigerant compressed by a compressor is transmitted to an outdoor side heat exchanger through the four-way valve, and is exchanged heat with surrounding outdoor air when being transmitted to the outdoor side heat exchanger so as to achieve the defrosting purpose; and the refrigerant after the heat exchange enters the closed inner unit through a filter, an outdoor electronic expansion valve, a liquid pipe valve and the started electronic expansion valve in sequence.
