According to the structure, the conventional manual dredging mode is changed, the periodic characteristic of tiding is used, the unilateral hinges are automatically opened during tide falling to bring out silt at a hinterland area, the problem of long-term silting up is effectively solved, and the structure has the advantages of good energy conservation, consumption reduction and low silt removal cost.
