A guardrail lamp comprises a lamp panel, lamp holders, LED lamps and wires. The lamp panel comprises a coating layer, a base material layer, a heat dissipation layer and a reflection layer which are sequentially stacked. The side, away from the base material layer, of the heat dissipation layer is provided with mounting grooves. The reflection layer is provided with mounting holes communicated with the mounting grooves. A heat dissipation frame is arranged on the side face, away from the base material layer, of the coating layer. One part of each lamp holder is fixedly arranged in the corresponding mounting groove, and the other part of each lamp holder is arranged in the corresponding mounting hole. The LED lamps are arranged in the lamp holders. The wires are arranged in the heat dissipation layer and are in electric connection with the lamp holders. As the coating layer, the base material layer, the heat dissipation layer and the reflection layer which are sequentially stacked are arranged on the lamp panel, the guardrail lamp can obtain good heat dissipation performance and deformability.
