Problems solved by technology

[0006] To analyze more specifically, the yellow phosphorescent materials currently on sale for OLED are complexes of noble metals such as iridium and platinum. Although they have performed well in performance, their expensive price also affects the quality of OLED final products. Promote application and market performance
The use of Cu(I) complexes as yellow phosphorescent materials has a long history (N.Armaroli, G.Accorsi, F.Cardinali, A.Listorti, Top.Curr.Chem.2007, 280, 69-115.), this A cheap Cu(I) complex luminescent material can be easily prepared from Cu(I) ions and suitable organic ligands, but its luminous intensity cannot meet the application requirements in the OLED operating temperature range.

Embodiment 1

[0033] Preparation of a large number of microcrystalline samples: weigh 112mg Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 and 74mg of 2-QBI ligand were dissolved in 10mL of dichloromethane, and 92mg of o-Tol was weighed 3 The P ligand was dissolved in 10 mL of dichloromethane (the molar ratio of the three reactants was 1:1:1), these two solutions were mixed, and stirred to make it fully take place in the coordination reaction, and finally the resulting yellow solution Filtrate, remove all solvents by rotary evaporation, and dry in vacuum to obtain a yellow crystal powder as the product with a yield of 97% (calculated as Cu).

Embodiment 2

[0035] Synthesis of Cu(I) Complex Cu(2-QBI)(o-Tol 3 P)(PF 6 ) single crystal: weigh 37mg Cu(CH 3 EN) 4 PF 6 and 31mg o-Tol 3 After the P ligand was dissolved in 10 mL of dichloromethane, 25 mg of 2-QBI ligand was added to the above solution at one time, stirred to dissolve it completely and then filtered, and the filtrate was covered with n-hexane to promote the crystallization of the product, which precipitated after standing for several days A large number of yellow blocky crystals. A yellow crystal with a size of 0.45mm×0.33mm×0.20mm was selected for X-ray single crystal structure test. The molecular structure of the compound is shown in the attached figure 1 , and its unit cell packing structure is shown in the attached figure 2 .

[0036] For the complex Cu(2-QBI)(o-Tol 3 P)(PF 6 ) of pure-phase crystal samples were subjected to a series of performance tests. The material crystal of the present invention has been tested for steady state fluorescence, and the r...

Abstract

The invention discloses yellow phosphorescence three-coordination cation type copper complex light-emitting materials and a production method thereof. The phosphorescence complex is obtained by the complexation of cuprous salt and ligand. The molecular structure of the phosphorescence complex is Cu(2-QBI)(o-Tol3P)(PF6), wherein o-Tol3P and 2-QBI are respectively monodentate ligand tri(o-tolyl)phosphine and bidentate ligand 2-(2-benzimidazole)quinolone. The complex has the advantages of easy in small molecule purification and high in light emitting efficiency. The complex can be easily be dissolved by organic solvent. The light-emitting materials are obtained by the direct stepped hybrid reaction of Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 and the solutions of two ligands. The light-emitting materials are simple in process and equipment, easy in raw material acquiring, low in cost, and the like. The light-emitting materials can be used as photoluminescence yellow light materials and the light-emitting layer phosphorescence materials in electroluminescence devices formed by multilayer organic materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of luminescent materials, to the fields of photoluminescent materials and electroluminescent materials, in particular to the field of organic electroluminescent materials. Background technique [0002] Luminescent materials include photoluminescence and electroluminescence in two categories of applications. Photoluminescence refers to the phenomenon in which an object is irradiated by an external light source, thereby obtaining energy to generate excitation and finally lead to luminescence. Photoluminescence can be caused by ultraviolet radiation, visible light and infrared radiation. Photoluminescent materials can be used in fluorescence analysis, traffic signs, tracking monitoring, agricultural light conversion film, scintillator in nuclear detection technology, fluorescent light collector in solar energy conversion technology, etc. Electroluminescence (EL for short) refers to the phenomenon that lumines...
