Problems solved by technology

[0003] Although there have been studies on CDs / SiO 2 report, but its preparation method is complicated, and generally requires two steps (synthesizing CDs first and then combining with SiO 2 Or silane coupling agent compound to form CDs / SiO 2 Composite materials), the processing process is complicated and cannot be produced on a large scale

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of composite fluorescent nano materials, and discloses a CDs / SiO2 composite fluorescent nano material and a one-step preparation method thereof. The preparation method is a solvothermal method and comprises the following steps: mixing sodium citrate and a silane coupling agent, heating to carry out reactions to obtain a turbid liquid, subjecting the turbid liquid to centrifugation, and finally filtering to obtain the CDs / SiO2 composite fluorescent nano material. In the provided method, the sodium citrate and silane coupling agent directly react, the post treatment using a strong acid or a surface passivating agent is not required, and the composite fluorescent nano material (solid powder) can be rapidly prepared in one step. The raw materials are easily-available, the price is cheap, the reaction conditions are mild, and the yield is high (90% or more). Solved is the problem that the massive production of carbon quantum dots cannot be achieved due to the limitation of technology and raw materials in the prior art. The prepared CDs / SiO2 composite fluorescent nano material has the advantages of good stability, air-slaking resistance, and high light stability, and can be applied to the fields such as photoelectric devices, photocatalysis, biosensors, agriculture, and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of fluorescent nanomaterial composite technology, in particular to a CDs / SiO 2 Composite fluorescent nanomaterial and its one-step preparation method. Background technique [0002] Carbon quantum dots (CDs), which have emerged in recent years, have attracted widespread attention due to their unique optical properties and environmental friendliness. In 2009, researchers found that CDs are an excellent electron donor and hole acceptor (Chem.Commun., 2009,25:3774-3776), and because CDs themselves absorb visible light and have an upconversion function, As a result, the research on CDs photocatalytic materials has attracted attention, and related reports continue to emerge. However, in practical applications, such as the field of catalysis, CDs are usually combined with other materials for application because the small size of CDs (<10nm) is not conducive to the separation of catalysts. Such as: SiO 2 / CDs, TiO 2 / ...
