The mosquito sound positioning assembly comprises audio sensors, an operational amplifier module and an AD module which are sequentially connected. The assembly control module calculates the sound source position and the frequency and phase of a sound source through the different linear distances between at least two audio sensors in the mosquito sound positioning assembly and the sound source and drives the ultrasonic expelling assembly or the mosquito sucking and killing assembly to work according to the distance, frequency and phase information. When the ultrasonic expelling assembly works, the ultrasonic expelling assembly gives out same-phase or reverse-phase low-frequency modulation ultrasound wave signals or low-frequency signals with the same frequency as that of the sound source of mosquitoes. The self-measurement-control mosquito expelling and killing device can react on mosquitoes of different types and genders in different regions and reach the mosquitoes intelligently to achieve the optimal culling effect; the mosquitoes can be expelled or killed intelligently, efficiently and quickly through sound-light alarm.
