Abstract

The estrogen and its receptor stimulant are applicable to preparation of drugs for effective treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, and the use of estrogen and its receptor stimulant in preparation of anti-hepatocellular carcinoma drugs is disclosed for the first time, and estrogen and its receptor stimulant have unexpected effect in inhibiting the proliferation and growth of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells.
