The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an environment temperature of the outdoor unit, a tube temperature of the outdoor unit and operation current of an outdoor fan; when the operation current of the outdoor fan reaches a preset current value and the tube temperature reaches a preset defrosting temperature, controlling the air conditioning unit to start defrosting; determining the preset defrosting temperature by the environment temperature; when the time that the operation current of the outdoor fan reaches the preset current value exceeds the first preset time, controlling the air conditioning unit to start defrosting; obtaining the operation current of the outdoor fan after the air conditioning unit starts defrosting; and when the operation current of the outdoor fan is smaller than the preset current value after the air conditioning unit starts defrosting, controlling the air conditioning unit to stop defrosting.
