The invention belongs to the technical field of oil reservoir development, and in particular relates to a manufacturing method of an intraformationall heterogeneous core capable of realizing separated injection and separated production, and an experimental method thereof. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, weighing the quantity of 
quartz sand and 
epoxy resin for manufacturing high, medium and low permeable 
layers with the design size, and mixing the 
quartz sand and the 
epoxy resin uniformly and correspondingly; secondly, putting isolating 
bakelite plates among lower, middle and upper 
layers of mixed sand in the length direction end face, putting 
metal moulds separately, scraping, pressurizing and 
drying, adhering a core end cover to a core end face, 
coating the surfaces of the other parts of the core with one layer of thickened and uncured 
epoxy resin, and naturally 
drying; finally, putting the adhered end cover core into a wood mold, performing integral 
casting by using the epoxy resin, and curing to form the intraformationall heterogeneous core capable of realizing separated injection and separated production. The manufacturing process is simple to operate, the experimental data is reliable, and the problem that each small layer wave, the state and the reserve 
recovery degree of the intraformationall heterogeneous core cannot be evaluated quantitatively is solved.
