Abstract

The invention provides a data exchange method between computers, a switch and a system. The data exchange method comprises that at least two computers are connected to ports, supporting QPI protocols, of the switch respectively via a QPI bus; the switch receives OPI protocol data which is sent from the first computer to the first port supporting the OPI protocols; the switch searches the at least two computers for the second computer which receives data, and determines a second port, which supports the OPI protocols, connected to the second computer; and the switch sends the QPI protocol data to the second computer via the second port. Thus, data exchange between the computers is not limited to the bandwidth of network, and further, the data transmission efficiency between the computers is effectively improved.
